All paid services are confirmed only after mutual agreement on scope, fees, and terms. Invoices are issued following agreement and must be settled according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Ongoing engagements may be governed by a separate client agreement.
